📝 Booking Policy
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (applies to the total).
• Hair is not included, clients are responsible for bringing the required braiding hair.
• Please select all required add ons (length, beads etc.)
• Failure to add required add-ons may result in a price adjustment.
• Balance due in Cash, Debit Card, Apple Pay, or CashApp at service end.
• Cancel/reschedule 48 hrs before to keep deposit. Same-day/no-show = deposit lost.
• 15 min grace period. After 15 = $10 late fee. 20+ min = reschedule(If it’s an emergency, please communicate with me)
• Arrive with clean, detangled, product-free hair. Blow-dry available as add-on.
• I would prefer no guest, but communicate with me if you’re going to bring someone. I want you to be comfortable, no kids.
• No refunds after service—please raise concerns during your appointment.
